This piece is a study on creating a game ready environment in unreal engine 5 using mostly a trimsheet, based on the artwork by the name of " Flooded Library " by Tarmo Juhola .

=====================
I first saw this piece as a challenge on Polycount , got really interested in the artwork and wanted to challenge myself in creating this scene as a game ready environment inside of UE5 , however during the challenge's duration I got pretty busy and couldn't commit to it everyday ,so I started chipping away from it on my free time.
=====================
Disclaimer:
The only assets I did not create myself and imported from Quixel are:
-Background Buildings.
- Background Trees and logs.
- Vines.
Water is from UE5's Water plugin.

Break Down:
- Started my workflow on breaking down the scene's assets, how many of them do I need to create and how many of them should be modular.
- After having enough information , I then started blocking out the scene inside of UE5 to get the scene's feel, shape and measurements right.
- Modelled and replaced my blockouts with more detailed assets.
- Created the materials using Substance 3D Designer.
- Uv-ed all of my assets and applied them to my trim sheet using Substance 3D Painter.
- Modelled the inflatable Boat which is the only asset in the scene that is not using a trim sheet, it is rather a high to low poly baked asset.
- Uv-ed and textured the Boat using Adobe 3D Painter.
- Finalized setting up the scene inside of UE5.
- Lightened up the scene using various sources of light to create a visually appealing Render.
